If you have one of our hardware products that is in need of repair or calibration, please fill out this form to get an RA number and information on where to ship your product and costs, if applicable. All products have a one year warranty. Many products have fixed non-warranty repair or calibration costs of $115 USD plus shipping.

Please note that if your product is not in the list then it is not possible to get it worked on.
